From the beginning we wanted our company to be different! We wanted to raise the standard for how things were being done in the dental staffing industry.
One way of doing this was to ensure we had quality dental candidates in our staffing pool. We wanted to make sure we knew who we were sending to your office. We also wanted to provide you, your patients and staff, with quality service.
We felt this was accomplished by the standards that we set for our business before a candidate could be sent out on an assignment or be referred for permanent placement. The standards included a face to face meeting, verification of credentials, and sending placement confirmations to our clients. Through the years, doing these things has become known as the DDS Touch.
