Dependable Dental Staffing does a great job with screening and matching the right applicants. They meet with each candidate personally face to face, interview them, background check, verify licenses and check references of potential Temps/Employees. I also like the fact that she meets with the dentists and visits their offices as well. They work very hard to help with last minute requests!
